ArthroIonX Review

May 31st, 2008 by Paul Johnson

ArthroIonX supplement is made by Vetionx, to help treat arthritis and hip dysplasia for dogs and other pets. As dogs get older, they often suffer from arthritis pain or a problem in their hips called hip dysplasia. I first learned about ArthroIonx, when I started looking on the net for a natural cure for the arthritis and hip dysplasia for my 10 year old dog named Rex. I don’t believe in using prescriptions that have a lot of side effects, so I was looking for an natural supplement alternative. People recommended ArthroIonx to me, so I thought I would give it a try.

Rex was suffering from bad arthritis pain and hip dysplasia. I was worried that the dysplasia or arthritis would get so bad, he would no longer be able to walk and have to be put to sleep. He had a lot of trouble getting up and didn’t really want to run around much in the backyard anymore because of these painful conditions. If he did any kind of excessive running around in the backyard, he would start to limp a little from his back hip legs. The limping is a sign of a condition called hip dysplasia and it’s pretty common among large breeds. The Hip displasia started at an earlier age before he got a lot of arthritis pain symptoms and is a seperate condition from arthritis pain. According to my own research, the experts believe hip dysplaisa is probably caused by too fast of growth at the hip joint during the puppy stage.

After a few weeks of using ArthroIonx, it seemed to start working and I noticed a huge difference! Rex seemed much more comfortable getting up and moving around. He almost never limped again after a lot of running and he seemed more eager to want to run and play around in the backyard. I even told my vet how much it helped and he wanted to look into ArthroIonx to see how it worked for others.

When I first bought ArthroIonx I wasn’t sure how effective the ingredients would be because I didn’t know much about the science behind the ingredients. I just tried it because I had nothing to lose and it had a moneyback guarantee. I’ve since researched all the ingredients of ArthroIonx and now I see why it works so well.

The main ingredient of ArthroIonx is Glucosamine. If you have arthritis or joint problems, you might be taking a Glucosamine supplement already yourself. Glucosamine is a very established and proven natural aid to helping arthritis and even reversing it naturally. This is because Glucosamine is a pre-cursor (converts to) a compound that makes up a large majority of joint cartilage, called glycosaminoglycans. Through many studies I have come across, Glucosamine has many complex beneficial effects on joints, including reducing inflammation. This is important because most Arthritis is inflammation that is misdirected to the joints that is causes pain and continuing damage. Studies also support that Glucosamine helps build up joint cartilage structure. That makes sense since Glucosamine converts to the compound that constitutes most of the structure. This means Glucosamine can help reverse damage at the joint. Since it can reverse damage, this would make glucosamine also beneficial in dog’s hip dysplasia. Hip dysplasia is very common in older German Shepherds and other large dog breeds. Glucosamine has been shown in studies to absorb orally and lead to higher levels in the joint area, therefore taking it in pill or spray form orally will work. I’ve read Glucosamine takes about 6 weeks or so to kick in, so you may not notice an improvement right away. That explains why it took a few weeks for me to notice results in Rex. Unlike other glucosamine sources, ArthroIonX uses natural organic healthy form of the Glucosamine.

ArthroIonx also includes in their list of active ingredients; Calcium, Magnesium, and Vitamin D3, all which have a lot of scientific evidence supporting that they maintain or restore bone health. We all know how important calcium is for bones, but a lot of people don’t know magnesium is also very crucial for bone health. In fact half of magnesium is found in the bones. Magnesium also has a direct role in calcium absorption, which is important, since calcium helps maintain healthy joints and bones. Magnesium is a very hard mineral to absorb and most humans are deficient, so I imagine most dogs would be deficient in magnesium too. The other extra ingredients added to ArthroIonx are called their Ionic Elements. These are a proprietary blend they created from plant sources for additional benefits. One mineral they include as the highest concentration is Boron. I’ve researched and found that Boron according to studies, helps dramatically against arthritis pain (Environ Health Perspect. 1994 Nov;102 Suppl 7:83-5.).

ArthroIonX is a great product and I highly recommend it to others. You don’t need a expensive prescription to get real benefits. Sometimes natural things work better than the artificial stuff and they are usually safer. If you are skeptical of ArthroIonx, thats OK because they even have a 90 money day back guarantee. That’s how sure VETiONX believes in this product too. I have also seen a lot of other owners reporting it helped their Dog or Cat’s arthritis or hip displasia, so I’m not the only one who had good results. In fact I have yet to hear anyone say after using ArthroIonx for a few weeks, they saw no improvement in their pets. You can only buy ArthroIonx currently through their site at Vetionx.

I was a bit skepticle about arthroionx, but I gave it a try and after a couple months I actually noticed a difference in my dogs arthritis. He can now move around a lot better.

We have been using it for a few months on our German Shepherd who is 9 years old and showing signs of Hip Displasia. I definitely see a improvement. It’s been a Godsend because I was getting really worried that it may get too bad and I would have to put him to sleep. I just hope it keeps working for him.

I saw results after a few weeks, but I really noticed it after about 3 months, when my dog could jump around a lot easier. Im very pleased with the results. Actually im shocked at how well it worked. I feel that Arthroionx is the best way to improve arthritis instead of using expensive prescriptions that don’t really solve the source of the problem and the could hurt your dog’s overall health in the process of trying to cure arthritis.
